By joining Tidio as a Chief Technology Officer, you will become a crucial member of our . You will partner with the CEO, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Strategy Officer to make sure the Tech team works together fast and in the right direction.

What are we looking for in the candidates? There are a few things that are crucial to us:

  • Be a true leader for our Tech team (currently consisting of 60+ members and growing every month).
  • Oversee all technology activities – make sure that we take bold but data-driven decisions and that our infrastructure is secured.
  • Plan, structure, and scale the team (we plan to hire 60+ more engineers by the end of 2024).
  • Create smart and actionable goals for team members.
  • Mentor and support the growth of the Head of Engineering and the Head of Infrastructure, empowering them to drive positive changes in their departments.
  • Ensure Engineering teams deliver on time with high quality.

Solving the case will give you a real glimpse into what you’d be dealing with daily in terms of business and technological challenges.

After you submit the solved case, we’d like you to have time to discuss it in detail during a follow-up meeting with the C-level executive.

At the last stage, we’d like you to meet our CEO and the rest of our C-level executives during an in-person meeting. It will be a great opportunity to get to know your future team and learn their perspective on the business.

If the process leads to a mutual match, we’d be thrilled to have you in the team!

  • Experience in scaling technology team in a fast-growing company.
  • Preferably experience in a SaaS company.
  • A solid technical background.
  • Experience in implementing SDLC for large teams.
  • Ability to implement processes from scratch.
  • A strong goal-oriented attitude.
  • Knowledge of English min. C1 level.
